The 2026 edition of the Harvest Festival of Ales and Lagers returns on Saturday, September 19, for an afternoon that feels increasingly rare in modern beer culture: slower, seasonal and rooted in place.

Held in Greensboro Bend, Vermont, the festival will bring together breweries, guest producers, food vendors, music, and community partners from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., marking the arrival of autumn in one of New England’s most picturesque brewing regions.
Rather than positioning itself as a large-scale commercial beer event, the festival leans into something more regional and atmospheric — a gathering built around lagers, ales, and harvest-season hospitality.
Tickets are priced at $75, plus Vermont State Rooms & Meals Tax, and include:
- a tasting glass
- beer samples
- music
- designated driver entry
Food will be available separately through on-site vendors.
Purchases are limited to four tickets per order, and organizers note that all guests must either arrive with a designated driver or be validated upon entry if using a commercial transportation service.
At a moment when many beer festivals continue to compete through scale, exclusives and social media visibility, events like the Harvest Festival of Ales and Lagers increasingly stand out for a different reason: they offer atmosphere rather than spectacle.
