The General manager will work in all areas of the 4 Origins Brewing Company taproom. In addition, this position will work closely in connection with marketing, events, kitchen and production staff. Creating a positive customer experience is important to the success in this position. Customers should be educated on craft beer, our brand, brewing process, and our unique location. Candidate must be a self-motivated individual, who executes on a high level and is a capable collaborator.

The GM will also be asked to assist in strategic planning. The ideal candidate loves craft beer, is organized and detail oriented, responsible, and hard working. The position will be full-time.

NOTE: This is a start-up brewery and this position will grow & evolve as business picks up and additional employees are hired.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Establish staff schedules to ensure optimal taproom environment.
• Train front of house team on beer and proper service
• Maintaining a clean friendly, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Communicating beer and merchandise needs for inventory
• Managing coordination for any special events hosted in the taproom
• Other duties as assigned
